Vintage MerControl remote control manual

Looking for a Manual for the Mercruiser side mount control on my 79 V20.
Need to disassemble . Single chrome handle with NO switches, only push button on bottom.
Cannot find a manual old enough only newer.

ANY help will be appreciated
