Default Repowering Advice

Hello everyone!

I currently have a 1993 V21 with a 1993 Yamaha 150. As some of you already know from other posts I've been having issues with the lower unit on my motor and I was thinking of repowering next spring but since I'm having issues now I may repower sooner. I have found a 2005 Yamaha 150 four stroke with 689 hours for $7295. It's from a dealer and they say it has a new balancer installed, compression of 180+ on all cylinders and had a good leak test. They will clean the fuel system, install new filters and zincs and spark plugs, service the injectors and flow test it, for the lower unit new water pump fresh oil and resealed. The seller claims the motor is in excellent condition and comes with a 60 day warranty.

Does anyone have any experience with these motors and does this sound like a good deal? Also will I see a huge difference in fuel economy from my old Yamaha?
