Default 07.19.2018 - Trying to find the fish

Yesterday Joe and I went fishing in his boat the MoJoe. We went all over the bay from the MPB, FBF, the wall, Roxbury, Breezy, the light house, the round house and around 12:30 we went to our last drop for the day and we hit the Porgy's it was lock and load and we left them biting. In an hour we caught 35, we took home 8 for Joe. Bad fillet job by me, I hate cleaning Porgy's. They are meant to be eaten whole.

Default Raritan bay boaters beware

7/20/18 730 am launched my wellcraft from AHMM beautiful/gorgeous day out started out with going to back of bay for a great day fishing, in the water about 5 minutes and a whale popped up about 15 feet from the bow we had no option but to go over the whale scared the hell out of us to say the least Then I notice my boat was listing to starboard we ran back to the ramp to check it out and saw no damage but the boat is listing very bad to starboard, I think the fuel tank moved to starboard what a bad day Started out great and turned to crap in a split secound so boaters beware saw nothing in advance it just appeared in front of us
