Got out in the afternoon Monday looking for tuna at the RP Resor. Trolled a 7 lb little tunny (bonita) real quick then nothing. Marking some nice fish. Some guys there had YFT earlier. Cut up the bonita for bait and tried drifting baits on readings, no luck. Got late so we went for the sure thing and dropped bait on the wreck. These were some nice ling (red hake) and a surprise big sea bass.

yep, the Sea Hunt rides great but it needs riggers and more rod holders. Good thing we took it and not the SkunkBoat cuz it was a 40 mile snotty ride home at 29mph. Skunkboat would have broke apart at that speed.

Come on man............we fish the V's at the Flemish Cap with 20' seas, and freezing rain...
No problem coming back in the 1,000 + miles at 25 knots the whole way. You gotta' just know how to use those tabs ! |
