skifs for sale
cross posting from the off topic thread as it seems to not have gotten much attention down there
trying to help out a friend of mine. He is building these down here, pretty cool little boat. If anyone is interested, they are for sale. He's selling direct right now, hope to have some dealers in NC soon     he can throw in a 15 Tuhotsu for $2550 more

Is this a kit boat or something? Theres ads on craigslist down here for a very similiar looking hull. Think they are being marketed as a pirogue down here.

Ive seen at least 4 other brands of boats simular to these. East Cape makes one that is high $$$, I saw one made in Tennesee that I thought I was going to cave in the sides when I leaned up against it. Andy does a good job on these. A good freind of mine commutes every day in one from Goat Island to IOP. A 15 pushes it good, a 20 does better. I keep thinking about one myself(thinking 35 tiller/15 inch mid). I know they built one with a 10 hp long tail and it needed more. If anyone is intereted, I'll put them in touch with Andy
