our cove was almost completely dry until this week. with all of this rain the water has come up 23 inches at our dock as of last night. still need another 2 feet or so to get back to normal. we did not have a lot of flooding like myrtle beach or Charleston.have had real strong winds. hope everybody in those area's are ok

Down here at the southern end of SC we were lucky. Very lucky. Mild flooding, higher than normal high tides and some beach erosion.
It's amazing how different the conditions were just a few counties away. ![]() I hope our friends up to the north and east are okay. |

we live on high ground and are very thankfull for that. We got somewhere around 21 inches in our area. Lots of flooding, plenty of people we know have had issues, but thankfully we have had none at our house.
