Default Horn

I dont have a horn on the boat now and would like to install one. Would like the flush mount type. Anyone have one laying around they would like to sell?

If you're a salt water guy, forget the real horn and use an air horn that can REALLY be heard. In the course of stripping buckets of obsolete and non-functioning stuff off of my '85 V, I took the top off the electric horn - it was a solid gob of rust.
Just my opinion - I think it's a waste of time.

They make the OUTside stainless steel and the inside the cheapest unpainted steel they can find in China. A single isn't loud enough.... a double costs twice as much to replace every couple years. They always work fine when you don't need them...I carry a can air horn and THAT rusts and doesn't work when you need it to.

Horns are made by the same Chinese company that makes trailer lights.

Thumbs up

I'm with Spare, Scook, and Skunk!

I carry a couple cheap whistles to keep the man off my back.
