He also owns the Pelorus. In 2009, Russian billionaire Roman Abramovich agreed to a divorce settlement with his wife Irina that resulted in her taking ownership of the 377 ft yacht Pelorus. Geffen bought Pelorus from her in 2011 for $300 million, over $100 million more than the reported cost of building Rising Sun. (Which, by the way, is about the same length as a WWII Fletcher class Destroyer) He's worth an estimated 5.5 Billion
