Default 1984 V20 CC Questions...

Hey Boys,

I'm toying with the idea of buying this 84 CC. If I buy it, I will be putting my 86 dual console up for sale. So, this is a bit of a heads up just in case anybody might be interested in my dually (full transom ready for bracket ;D). However, before I make this decision, I have a number of questions that I hope you guys will help me out with. First of all, here are the pics of the boat.

Okay, first of all, does the trailer look a bit odd to you in the front?

Second, do any of you know whether or not the transom can take an engine with a 25" shaft? Would I have to get one of those jack plates? Can that transom handle the weight and power of a 93 200HP Suzuki? (The engine currently on the boat is blown)

The reason I'm even thinking about doing this is because I wanted a CC all along and because I would be able to put one of my Suzuki's to use on it and maybe keep the other member of the pair for backup.

Do any of you know of any reputable, yet reasonable boat transporters? What's the average price per mile? I don't think I'm willing to do another FL trip so soon after having done so for the dually.

I'm sure I'll have more questions along the way. Let me thank you ahead of time for any help you might be able to offer.
