My first V Old School was powered with a 115 Johnson, it 38 top speed and cruised at 24 to 30 depending on load and got up on plane quick.
In my opinion as long as it is in good shape that engine will be great on that hull.
It had another big advantage, the scupper thru hulls will be two inches higher above the water line than the same boat with a 150. And it makes fuel, I would fish for days and barely see the gauge move.

If I had the cash I would go look at her!! I would be fine with the 115 as it would be fast enough and I am sure sip gas, and at the rate gas is going I could afford the boat but would have to look at it in the yard as I could not buy the gas

In the picture it looks like this one is floating with the chines just barely out of the water at the transom.
