Default more advice from my mates

i want to change my controlls and have the trim switch in the stick are these ones any good i have seen alot on ebay usa not sure what this one is like unless you can see the real thing

Try giving us the link so we can get the manufactorer name. I've always used OEM controls not an aftermarket. The best thing to do is Google the product and review it.

that's a Uflex, its pretty good, the factory Mercruiser controls were junk, use a Uflex or teleflex and you'll be OK, don't get a Hi-lux either, they're junk. Uflex was the manufacture for teleflex before teleflex was bought out by taylor Industries, that also bought Morse, the Morse cables were better than the teleflex so they just kept using their cables and branding them teleflex, this left the Uflex company with out a retailer, so they started distributing their own goods. I've installed a couple of their shifter and they are pretty good.

thanks again spares i need to change mine it is really loose and it dont have the trim switch on it
