Only one problem with this boat - 6 days left on eBay. That boat will sell for probably 5 grand or more. :-/

I say it goes for $3000 Definitely a nice opportunity - if you want a CC.

I am out of this one......Motor sounds like its shot. Talked to the guy briefly, "nice guy"....um...not. Very abrupt etc, didn't want to provide info. Boat can be had for under 3k. Supposedly a guy is coming tonight and offered 1,500 cash and the guy was going to end the auction.

			Hey Parrot,

I talked with the guy around 6:30 this evening and was going to go look at it tomorrow. He said he was looking for somewhere around 2k and you're right the motor does sound like its shot. I was really looking for a '77-'80 model but I'll have a look at this one for giggles. Where are you located? I'm in Red Bank. Does the screen name mean you're a Buffett fan? If so we have quite a bit in common, v20's and JB, and if you like JB you're probably not afraid to excercise your elbows. KW |

Huge Jimmy Fan. Last boat was named Margaritaville, prior one was Banana Wind......

Something is off with this guy selling the boat though. He told me 2k last night, then today was taking 1,500 from another guy coming to pick it up at 6......I bid up to 1,600 but a guy with negative feedback is following every bid that I make.....all smells fishy. Hammer has my last bad ebay experience.....I'll pass. I am down in Brick.....moved from Manasquan to Belmar to Brick.....cheapest near the water, Red Bank would have broken my bank for what the wife wanted. |

I hear you, actually we moved from Red Bank proper across the bridge to Middletown(still R.B. address though) and lowered our taxes and tripled our property. We're in the Shadow Lake(not the retirement comm.) area. We love it here. I've got a sister in law in Brick, Herbertsville section and my dad keeps his boat at Arnolds on Beaver Dam, its nice down there. Maybe we'll see you at the J.B. show in Sept. I'll let you know how I make out with the v20. KW |

V-20's. Your old V-20 is really going good. Again, it wasnt turn key as you and I expected, but the family loves it. But it might be on E-bay shortly as well.
