'77 V20 Fisherman O/B Transom and Deck Rebuild

Alright, I just wanted to introduce myself. I'm Chris! I just inherited a beauty! Just got a '77 V20 Fisherman O/B that will need the whole transom and deck replaced! Rescued this beast from a storage yard where it sat outside since 1989! WOW! Anyways, has anyone previously seperated the deck from the hull? That's gonna be the easiest way for me to do these repairs. There isn't a solid spot on this deck! HAHA. I already have the motor pulled and I was astounded the rot I found.
