Salvage Question

This is up on a mud bank in the Jerico River near the I-95 bridge.......in my duck hole!

Question is, can I take things from it? The owner has abandoned it before down river.

It has an anchor roller on it that I want bad,,,,,a good one and tons of railing and a ss wheel and a bunch of good looking junk,,,I mean treasure.

So, whats the law say.
