Reading the last post at the bottom, it's sounds like this is the second Bertram the guy had with the same problem. Can you say "REFUND"?? Buy a Hatteras, or go with a bullet proof cold molded Carolina boat.

If i were in the market, I don't think I would even look at a Hat right now, brunswick has been trying to dump them since last summer. The 09 production scedule for Hat is a total of 8 boats. Cold molded boats are great, and they look the best, but now its hard to finance a small builders boats(long term warranty) with all the small builders that have been in and out of buisness, never mind the insurance on cold molded boats is much higher than glass(they still consider them wood boats). I don't think there is anything available that can rival with a Viking

I think some MARINE-TEX will fix that up no problem.
