Default My weekend Bass fishing trip

I don't know if any of yall give a crap about bass fishing but I had the oppurtunity to spend the weekend up on Table Rock lake in MO. Kevin Van Dam was there and I was able to meet and hang out with him and Denny Brauer. I honestly didn't know who either of these guys were before this weekend. They were great guys and we had a great weekend. It was a sweepstakes that my Mom won through Bass Pro Shops and Busch beer. We got free beer, pro guided fishing excursions and gifts from Bass Pro Shops all weekend.....I was in heaven. Here's some pics.

We caught fish fairly steady all day. Within a few casts first thing in the morning I had a couple small perch. The biggest fish of the day was a catfish caught on a spinner. Unfortunately the biggest bass we caught was 1lb 13oz. Thats the one I'm holding there with Kevin Van Dam. It was the smallest fish weighed. I thought their may be a prize for that but there wasn't. I came away with plenty of goodies though. $100 Bass Pro gift certificate, 2 rods and reels, bunch of Strike King lures, Busch/Bass Pro hat and shirt and a ton of great memories.

We care about ALL fishing.

That is a cool deal getting to meet those guys and get free stuff to boot.

I bet it was a lot better than working 3 weekends in a row like I have done....^%$#%$@&%*
