Saw this on ebay and wonder if it might work across the transom of any of your boats. Looks like very well made seat.

It looks more like a swim platform for an inboard than a seat.....

I would think it would be a seat though give the SS snaps on the underside. I would not see why anyone would put any type of cover over a swim platform. I think it is the bomb and would use it in my boat if there was a spare 3 foot section where I could mount it. Just flip it down when you want the cockpit clear, then flip it up for cruising.
