1987 Wellcraft CC

Hello!!

I may go see this boat Saturday, owner says it's a 1987 24 ft. In my research I see they didn't make a 24, but did make a 23. Anyone familiar with this model?
Says the motor runs but that really doesn't mean much. Looks a little rough and she's asking $1,500. I am looking for a project so don't mind work getting it sea ready. I live in Houston so planning for use in the Gulf and bay area.

sure looks like a v20 to me. They made a bigger version, but it doesn't have the flare

I was about to say the same thing. To me it looks like a V20 with a 20" transom. Only sure way to determine it's size is to take a tape measure with you and measure the length... Also, look at the HIN on the outside top right side of the transom. The last 2 numbers will tell you what year the boat was made.
