Looks like a lot of the hardware and various doors and rod boxes have been stripped? WTF were those Tracker motors? How fast can I expect to go with a 40HP on the back? Is that an old Bayliner trailer under it?

Seriously, I'm looking for a bay/lake boat project and a Wellcraft 18 catches my fancy, but what do you think of this package?
