Bottom Paint and the BP Oil Spill Area

My cousin was telling me about a guy he knows that ran his boat threw the BP oil spill area and was made to leave the area and he said that when the guy got his boat back on his trailer the bottom paint had been eatin off. The area is also a no fly zone. That must be some real toxic **** to eat the bottom paint off his boat. He aslo told me about how hush hush things are about it and lots of cover up's going on.

I have made up my mind, I will NOT be eating any fish I catch out of the gulf that's for sure.

Hell, if it's that good we should find out what it is, make some and sell
it as bottom paint remover!!!

I'd bet if you press your cousin further you'd find out it wasnt rreally a friend of his but somebody who knows a guy that heard about it fom somebody he knows.

I was just up there, and saw no signs of ANY oil in the water, just crystal clear blue sea. It's all of the rumors and such that are killing that area still, and why so many places have shut down up there in the last 2 years. It was VERY depressing driving up the panhandle and seeing all of teh recently closed down apartments and vacation spots that have went under because people think the area is covered in oil when in reality only a small amount ever made it to FLORIDA. And as far as I know the rest of the oil affected areas are open for business as well.
