i'm pretty sure the ply is gone, that big piece of aluminum bolted to back is north florida for "rebuilt transom".

whoops..... I have a tiny laptop... 10" screen..... can't make it out..... I CAN sorta see a horizontal line down low on the transom now that you have me looking for it.... shoot.. mebbe offer $150 cash... scary part tho is they MIGHT just take it.... Of course you'd be into a bigger project than me lol
