Now you get to file a 1099 with every vendor, person, and entity with whom you do business.

Screw up and accidently forget one? Fines start at $250.00.

This bill was voted for by EVERY democrat in the senate.

Like I don't PAY them enough already. It amazes me at least in NJ that over all cost of owning your Own Business now you must what file a 1099 to all company's that I buy from , yea let me try and get that info from Home Depot's and company's alike. Right now NJ is targeting small company's for 1099's stating unless they the other party has a web site or tv advertising they are considered an employee of mine. Business Cards , Truck lettering and such are not excepted.Even if I checked all of their unemployment , business insurance , worker's comp , ect... Did not matter at all their my employee's WTH is that. So right now us little guy's pay out at 43% of are gross before any labor cost in NJ just to be what a legal company and do things right. They need to be going after these bigger company's that can afford the legel bill or maybe that's it we can not aford those high priced attory's so go after the little guys.

Yea just a little upset with this whole thing after all the cost and working 80 plus hours every week and legal fees this last few weeks.Then they tell me everythings legit but must pay out the 4% on the 1099's for the other contractor's because I used them a lot this year and now their my employees.

Any one that has a normal full time job with benefits , Should really be thankful and just put up with the all the BS , Cause it can always be worst...Thinking of getting one of those jobs or get out of Jersey...
