Default last use of old tires

I had a new set of tires installed on the truck today. Before I dropped it off I took a few pics. If you look closely in the first pick my V is in the background.

Nice one.. Fresh meats in the back, off to make the switch...Have you priced a set of Michelins lately? 265 75/16 x4 is just south of $1000 bucks after tax. I am running a pair til I see the chord. Why is it always the rear ones that wear out first??

My old tires were Goodyear silent armor 305-70-16(33"x12.5"). They were getting pretty thin. I was due for inspection last month. I ended up getting a set of Nitto terra grapplers on Ebay. They are new and cost $730 with free shipping. The local shop charged $100 to mount and balance then they also inspected it. I'm good to go. No more burn outs for a while. You guys should see the parking lot at my marina....It looks like a bleach box at a drag strip

Good deal, I bought Blemished Michelins LTX in 2003 for the wife's Tahoe. It was around $750 mounted & balanced. No such deal today.

I saw Pete's pics but none on your post, besides your avitar.
