Default Suzuki Control Box Question

Does anyone know how to change the parts around in a Suzuki Control box to make it usable for a 2 stroke engine? I was told that you can use it one way for a 4 stroke but need to switch it around for a 2 stroke. I have been playing around with it for a few days and can not figure it out. Thanks!!!

I wouldn't think there is a difference. *Both 2 and 4 strokes have a throttle and a gear cable.

Unfortunately it is different but opening up control boxes isn't the funniest thing to do. I just ordered a manual so hopefully there will be something in that.
