Lord God Skool,
I have a 1987 225 Johnson VRO. I get a ton of white smoke when it first fires up. The smoke quickly dissipates but its damn annoying. What do you suggest? |

Last summer I ran the VRO, but will switch to premix for the spring. Per your advice, I will disconnect the oil injection.

it could bethe oil injection unit leaking down oil when you cut it off and when you start it the motor burns out the extra oil. try the motor on premix i put the pics of removing the injection system on a motor like yous on here if you can find it let me know what you get after the premix for about 3 to 5 hrs.
