Looking for full transom w/bracket & OB

Since I joined only 2 days ago, I have pieced together the specs I am looking for:

V20, restored, condition '9'
Full transom conversion with bracket
150 Yamaha, fresh, 4strk/HDPI/Carb or comparable OB
Canvass bimini with enclosure
Delivered to Tacoma (Seattle) Washington

What do you guys think one of these is worth? I will pay a premium to have a turnkey V20. A restoration would be fun another time, but not now. Want to go fishin' now.
