I'm leaving tomorrow to take a 2 week vacation to the cape cod area. I'm trailering the V20 about 600 miles from Arlington, VA to Plymouth MA. Today I have to clear out the excess stuff in my V20, put the boat in the water, and ensure that my trailer's ready for the trip. I started this thread to share my trip and some of the many, many updates that I started. Photos will come... I'll take a few today. -Philip |

the only thing i know about nantucket shoals, other than the man from nantucket is there are fluke-o-saurus. they're releasing 5-8 pound fish all day. i don't know if it's within V range but if it is, go there.

I towed mine up there about 7 years ago for a V-20 get together. If you go to Martha's Vineyard for a day trip when you come into the harbor there will be city mooring buoys...I forget what color they are but I think there is signage somewhere....Even if someone is on one already you can just pull up and tie up as well. Had a great time with a couple from Rhode Island that we moored with. Their is a water taxi that will take you to the dock and back for a couple bucks per person.
