DISBARRED from working as attorney in the state of New York but allows him possibility to re apply at later date.

Court finds Giuliani guilty he should go to prison along with his client Orange Make up Man.

The court's decision said. "There is uncontroverted evidence that respondent communicated demonstrably false and misleading statements to courts, lawmakers and the public at large in his capacity as lawyer for former President Donald J. Trump and the Trump campaign in connection with Trump's failed effort at reelection in 2020."

Just shows you how LOW and Biased our court system has sunk in parts of this country. A man is prevented from working because of statements he made!!! Isn't there this thing called free speech? Or does that only work if you're a Democrat? Disgusting!!!

interim suspensions like Giuliani’s are leveled only for the most serious situations when it is necessary to immediately protect the public, such as when a lawyer has mishandled money or has been indicted or convicted of a felony.

“ The suspension of Mr. Giuliani’s law license comes as courts across the country are weighing whether some of the failed legal challenges to the 2020 presidential election were frivolous or improper and warrant punishment for the lawyers who filed them”

You're 100% correct. This isn't North Korea. Here in the United States we are supposed to be protected from persecution simply because of what we say. What we are seeing now is blatant censorship and persecution of anyone that speaks out against the current political party in power. Our Country and our freedoms are falling apart in front of your nose and you're too blind to see it.

Now they are going after lawyers for simply challenging election results? And that doesn't scare the crap out of you?

Yet he has not been indicted of convicted of any felony nor has he been accused of mishandling money. So what was this most grievous crime that required his disbarment to protect the public?

I'll tell you what it was. He was/is on the wrong side of the political spectrum so now he's being persecuted, being made an example of by the Democrat machine to scare anyone else into being quiet or the same thing can happen to them.

You should be totally afraid of what's happening to our Country, but you're not. You think everything's fine. Boy are you in for a surprise when they come for you.

Greeny I can not believe that you like Biden and Harris, they are the worst I have ever seen they are a joke but we are caught up in there bull &$@$. Now they are really trying to hurt Trump cause they know he will be running for president in 2024 and if he election in not rigged like the last one was he will win big time, buy there will be a few nuts out there who will not vote for him and I have a feeling you will be leading the pack. A) I asked everyone not to call you or anyone names. My dropping the F bomb was NOT directed as a personal insult towards you so once again you are wrong.
B) I Admitted that President Trump officially lost the election. That does NOT for a minute mean that I don't think that it was rigged. I've never said I didn't believe that so once again you are wrong.

If you ever studied our history you would know that even the founding fathers of our Country disagreed on many items.

I implied that the CNN "documentary" was a hit piece from start to finish. Any SANE person that watched it would agree. I never said that the footage was false. In FACT, I never commented on it at all. All I commented on was the title that implied that President Trump was guilty in it's wording.
