1990 V20 Winter Project need advice

New to the forum. Just bought 1990 with an old Seadrive and enclosed transom. Solid transom and overall in good shape. Questions are what to do first. The goal is to pull off the old Seadrive, mount new out bracket and 150 hp motor. Fuel tank pressure test, new wiring, and new rub rail are in my plans, but what else should I do and any advice on what to do first, second, etc. I trailed her up from Tampa to Milwaukee. Getting her ready to fish Lake Michigan this summer then dive on her in Florida this fall. Thanks
