			at idle i believe it is about 140-160, when you throttle up it should drop back down.

			Yea on the flush its running 165 to 170. I would think between 140 and 160 my self.

			Don't worry about what it does on flush... It's running leaner than when it has back pressure and may not be getting the best water movement... Get it launched before you worry too much about temps That said, under 200 ain't gonna hurt a thing. |

			Yea thats what my dad keeps telling me. Im just used to heads feeling/running cooler i guess.

			2 strokes NEED heat at idle to prevent plug fouling. The stats are mounted on springs, or they have poppets in there to allow water to flow under higherf pressure so as to allow temps to drop when the engine is under load.
