Default Evinrude 150hp leak...

I've had the motor for about 4 years. Its a 1985 Evinrude 150.Didnt pay alot for it so didnt expect hardly this long of service from it truthfully.Anyway there is a leak coming from the powerhead down onto the midsection from under the cowling. It almost looks like regular motor oil.It is a darkish brown color.I run this motor pre-mix as it was set up this way when I bought it.It leaks all the time whether I run it or not. After the snow went away I noticed a huge stain on the driveway. It has been doing this a while but I'm getting tired of the mess.
Any ideas of what it could be?? Thanks.
