23' Wellcraft CC 225 Evinrude     Needs Battery, fuel filter, and cleaning. All controls work. Has GPS, Lowrance, fish finder. Trailer re-worked with torsion bars. Don't feel any soft spots. Needs some new cabinet and panel doors. Great project boat. Accepting reasonable offers.
