Remember to do when storing your V for winter

Best to do the following when storing your V over time, winter etc.........

1. Open the deck hatch plates
2. Open the transom doors ( my V21 has these, don't know about the V20's )
3. Keep the cuddy door open, including the floor cover storage covers in the cuddy

Soft decks can be caused by water below the floor - moisture absorbed by the under side of the deck over time.

Also, syphon out the bilge so it starts off dry.
Make sure the cover keeps the water out, but has open area at the back for fresh air flow.


Come spring, the hull should be drier than previous, and floors still solid.
