Default Transom repairs hel

Hi guys my mate needs a new transom just need advice on whats the best way to do it or is it better to give the job out .is there ant posts on step by step instructions on doing the job and happy new year guys

lots of people here replaced their transoms. I did mine. Not really an easy job if you want it done right. Do a search on the forum here and I know you will find lots of info.

aussie, theres plenty on this site to look at for transom repairs, the classicseacraft.com and classicmako.com have some real good right ups as well
