Question Proper RPM at idle 1995 150 Ocean Pro

Can anyone tell me what my RPM in nuetral at idle should be. I have 1200-1300 now. I tested my cylinders all seem to be firing. Trying to find out if my Tach is reading correct.

In the water, trimmed in should be right around 750-800 in neutral and about 650-700 in gear i would say. I tend to set em to idle lower myself as it is easier on the lower units when shifting.
