Default Boat Cleaning?

Yes I am asking that question!

I really don't clean much at all, but now that the boat is in the water and I have to clean a little to keep the smell down, what do you guys use thats good for the water?

I don't want to get in trouble pouring bleach and degreaser all over the place!!

So what you guy in the water use

ORPINE wash and wax is what I use for everything. It has a nice smell to it, cleans well with salt or freshwater, and the wax in it cuts down on the chalking.

I use simple green on the boats MJ, it works great, non polluting, if I have to clean some real tough stains on the boat I use a little bleach in it and it cleans great.

I'm with Willy.. I use Simple Green on most everything.. I have a pressure washer and that stuff is great in it... One other thing I use inside the cuddy where the pressure washer doesn't go is something called LA's Totally Awesome Cleaner. You find it in Dollar stores, it's cheap and Oh My God does it cut thru dirt... It's like the original Fantastic!

They make one without wax in it, but the one with wax in it is better I think.

Has anybody tried the marine version of Spray Nine?

I Know the regular version is pretty strong and removes almost any stain. I read the bottle once and it said kills H1N1 in 30 seconds.

On the website Ship Shape did a video on it. Seems like it has a lot of benifits if it works as good as they say.
