I need to replace most of the hinged covers in my dually 20. I have one good rear transom cover, and one that is in rough shape. I also have a couple forward storage hatch covers (much larger) that need to either be strengthened or repaired... My questions is this. 1) Should I attempt to repair them (if so, what is the best rout to repair, and strengthen) and 2) If not repair, is there anything out there that would suffice as a replacement? Thanks! Craigan.

there have been many made of Starboard that seem to work fine.
Could bring the one good one to a glass shop and have new ones made? As far as a fix, my gas tank cover is reinforced with PVC pipe, they cut in half and then glassed in, works great!

I think Ferm recently reglassed a floor hatch and posted a thread about it.
