Need Yamaha-200 parts....
"La Cuchuca" is back in the water !!!!!! We had fun this past weekend !!!
But, still got the chipped prop and the bent prop axle from last year. I replaced the water pump impeller and the seal etc. and removing the lower unit was just plain easy. I am trying to get a complete lower unit instead of fixing the bent shaft. The motor is a 200-AET, the year is around 1995. This motor is SOOOOO reliable and so easy to work on ( carbs ) that I am reluctant to let it die or replacing it with a newer one. I hope I can find the lower unit, if not, I will try to pull the shaft myself and have it rectified by a pro machinist. This after summer passes of course. Boat rides still good, and did not even have to clean the carbs this time ( stopped using main tank, no more water in fuel ).

New aftermarket lower units for $795 complete!
http://www.sterndrive.cc/yamaha.htm No personal experience with them but I haven't heard any complaints either.
