Default spring repairs in progress

hello all has been awhile but have busy at work and with family. cleaned the boat now taking to have new canvas top replaced. (from teal to black sunbrella) while the canvas is off going to have my boat guy weld on two new tabs. i have two spreder lights on each side of my elct box. am going to move one to front of the t-top as there is already a mounting tab there, the other one will be mounted in back in center of t-top between the rocket launchers. i got a new perko fixed mount stern light that i will mount in the center of top over elct box(this is one tab i have to weld in. also will install new vhf antenna.then on to bottom paint that will also be black. the guy that helps me with the boat is great and can do ANYTHING that is needed on a boat. he is building himself a 23 foot center console from a 23 formula cutty cabin! he has reworked the hull and added to it making the bow very much like a carolina custom. i have some pictures of the boat and will try to post some for all to see.

I also have a F-233 Formula that i'm restoring, some pics would be nice. I was thinking of making it a c/c too but i like to keep the original look, besides i have another boat which is a c/c.

Had a black top on a t-top on a previous boat and had a T-bag under it, never felt hot under the top, maybe was because the life vests were in the bag.

I think black looks great, but have always stayed away from it because I thought it would be hot. But if its not then go for it as it does look good!!
