90' V20 project boat

I was thinking of buying a 90 v20 with cabin and 150 hp force that has been sitting for about 10 years out in the weather. Just wondering what yall thought about $1000 dollars for the price. Is that to much or a steal? What do simmilar boats go for in good condition? Nothing works own it like i said just been sitting in the weather. What are some things i should look for as far as common problems with this model any advice would be helpful thanks..
