hard to tell, that guy didnt have much to him so that just hight have been from the impact.

The bullet apparently was stopped by the vest, that was just a blister from impact.
Now, for those of you that think a 9mm has enough knockdown to stop a crackhead or similar assailant, I beg to differ. Dip**** in the video proved that.
And yes, he would bleed to death with a well placed shot like that.
