Mercruiser Outdrive for V20 parts

I have a complete Alpha one mercrusier outdrive for sale. It was my old drive. It's a 1.81 drive ratio. But i think it will be only used for parts. There is a hole in the lower unit. The upper unit got some water in it. I don't know if these parts are rebuildable

I live in the Newark DE area. Make me an offer on the parts if you are interested. Just Looking to make some money back. Cuz that new unit really hurt my pockets.
