THANKS FOR ASKING !!!
WELL, bad news, GOOD NEWS !!!... The house in Fajardo, the one with the nice ocean view ( one hour away from work ), did not happen. The house appraised $97,000 max., but the owner wanted 110k, so, because the bank only borrows 95% of the appraised value, and I have NO cash, it did not happen. I already bought a house in San Juan, a little wood house in the mountains, for 50k, i took a 50k personnal loan, so the house is already mine, got the title and everything. Loan is for 7 years, so I will be paying $888.oo a month, which is not too bad considering is only seven years. I believe it had to happen this way, Gods way I belive. My son just started college and the house is only 2 miles away from his school, plus, I got custody of my two sons, and they are already with me. My younger son school (now) is 5 minutes from the Airport where I work, and the house is only 15 minutes from work. I think Father God acted here to help me out. I`m telling you, He is The Man. Everything just happened so well timed that only Him could have done it. This humble Home, is my first house, so you guess, I feel I own a Castle, IT`S OURS,

I am glad to hear that your boys are with you now, and glad that the house thing worked out. It sounds like the house you got is better for all of you right now.
God does have a way of helping you see the right way to go, even if you cant see it at first.
