Wife had a good idea!!! Nice catch.
One way, I use to clean the whiting, cut them into pieces, put them into a pot with EVO, red pepper, parsley and steam them, delicious.

They look almost identical to our northern kingfish. Only difference is body markings. Also, those might be a little bigger.
