Hey Bradm454, welcome to the site! As for the gelcoat, West Marine, Overtons and alot of marine parts dealers carry gelcoat and you can get some small tubes of color tint to make it match. Just mix the tint and match it before you add the mek peroxide that makes it kick off. Remember to sand and wipe good with acetone before applying. Good luck!

This is just my opinion but try and find a supply house that specializes in fiberglass and plastics etc. in you area. You will get a better price on your material.

Do a search....somewhere along the way somebody has posted a source for the exact Wellcraft match....been a while though.

If you go the mix route....however much you think you need to darken it a bit from the pure white, divide that amount by like a 100.

Here's a good thread on mixing gelcoat....Spectrum was the company I was trying to remember but from what I just read on this thread you might not be able to get small amounts..

KrackerJack is right, if you live near a boat builder check with them. I live near Carolina Classic and a few good builders and they have always helped me out when I needed resin or gelcoat. If you start with white it only takes a speck of brown tint to make it match.
