Default Gonna start wiring...need help

I finished the fuel hatch today and found out the new fuel tank is gonna be a couple days late...so time to get on the wiring. Whatknot, a while back you recomended the bluesea systems fuse box and batt. switch with the charger relay right. Am I correct in saying I should get the add a battery kit (batt. switch and relay) and the 12 fuse box if I'm gonna wire from scratch? I'm ripping out everything and starting new. I'm learning as I go with this forums priceless help and I think I may understand how the rewiring should go. Anyone please let me know what's not right. I will have the following set up:

1 Starting batt.
1 Deepcycle/dual purpose batt.

1 Vhf radio
1 GPS/Depth finder
1 Tach
1 Fuel gauge
1 Speedometer

1 Auto bilge pump
1 Through hull bait pump

1 Pos/Neg power cables from engine

Ok...mount fuse box, relay and batt. switch.
Run engine cables to batt. switch
Run batt. switch to fuse box
Run batt. switch to batt 1(starter)
Run batt. switch to batt 2(dual purpose)
Run both batteries to charge relay
Run all accesories to fuse box

Is this anywhere near correct?
