Default Hey whatknot

Did you ever finish the V project you were working on or did I miss the final outcome?
Either way, hows about some pictures on it.

tsubaki,
Still working on it!! I'm laying the final coat of Durabak today. http://www.nonslipcoating.com/index.htm
Using light grey and it looks awesome! After screwing down the console, I masked off and painted about an inch above where the console meets the deck. It's going to be a real watertight deck. Putting in the new tank is the only reason I was able to do this. Will try to get some pics later today. When i do get it finished, there will be plenty of photo's and I'll document plumbing the 18 gallon livewell (in-deck at the transom) for all to praise or ridicule. MJ was right about Durabak.... it's bulletproof and impressive!

Awesome paint job WhatKnot!!!! I like the light grey. When my dad gets to feeling better we are going to paint duraback on our 250 Sprortsmans floor. I hope it hides the places where we cut the deck to repair it.

Thanks all - for the kind words... is it unnatural to just stare at your boat? next comes the killer buff job, new binnacle, starboard or seaboard for the cc and make the new wiring connections. (All New) Install lowrance 28C-HD and LMS-400. Then get a 5" extension for the foot. Drop'r in and forget how much money I threw at Whatknot.
