Don't look to bad. Would be nicer with a full transom and a bracket though.

I have a full transom and bracket
 Nice boat if motors good and all is solid $10K not to bad. But I bet you could do better!! he wants it gone! The biggest things I hear about Sea Ox's is the decks get soft, I have one small spot that I am not even worried about, it will be years before it will be a problem!
