Default Sliding hatch for cuddy

Has anyone made a hatch out of starboard yet. I have my V-20 at the shop and the guy said he could make one that would hinge on the right side.

I am swapping him a flounder boat (minus the outboard) for the hatch, work on the floor, bimini top and some other finishing jobs.

Plenty of guys here did the same with starboard. Check past posts for the full scoop.

Axe, have you seen any pics of that right-hinged lid?...does it fold ALL THE WAY over to rest on the deck?...the more I think about that the better I like it...would allow you to walk forward to the bow w/ out steppin' around the slider...and does it latch down when closed?...

This will be customed made from scratch. These guys make from 14' scooter boats to 23' bay boats and they also make 40' shrimp boats. I don't how many times I would tell people not step on the hatch and then I would hear crack. I been trying to find a hatch that so they can make a mold and then be able to others. I have another V-20 that needs the hatch also.
