Default Drain Holes

Do I need more drain holes ??. Looking at the holes I just installed and still need to seal, I realized that the water that drains into this area is only water in this confined area, since its blocked off by ribs.
Question: should I add another hole into the rib to access any additional water that might be behind it ??
If water was to get in behind the rod holders, it appears that it would not drain anywhere. Or does it. Not use to these non-floatation V's

Looking down along the rod holder opening. If water was trapped in here, will it or does it drain out.

SKOOL, when ya pulled your floor, is there a drain access ????
